Cancellation Policy

50% Amount (paid prior booking) are not refundable
Packages are thoroughly non-refundable. No claims will be entertained during the time cancellation
Dates may differ due to airline rates
No refunds can be claimed if the person fails to acquire a clearance at immigration owing to any government policy/rule or COVID guidelines

Everyone carries his own baggage hence please travel light. Excess baggage fees to be paid by Haji.
Food will not be provided on Airports & During Intercity Transfers.
If pilgrim misses his flight due to any reason MEDICAL or LATE ARRIVAL or ANY REASON. In such case the passenger will have to bear the Ticket cost himself. Visa company or Our Travel Agency will not be responsible for Return Tickets.
Indian Passport with Minimum 6 month validity.
Room Allottment will be as per Our Arrangements.
We will not be responsible for any Delay, Rejection or Mistake in Umrah Visa from Saudi Ambassy.
Riyaz Ul Jannah’s permit is not included in our package. We can process at the time of applying visa but we do not guarantee. Saudi government had launched the NUSUK app , on which you can personally take the permit of Riyaz Ul Jannah.
Drinking water will be available in the mess only.
